Effluents
GFRP covers and walkways over effluent basins: odour, humidity and retrofit without emptying the plant.
Contact usEffluent: cover, cross and operate over the process
Permanent humidity, chemicals and odour. Concrete spalls, wood rots and steel is eaten. CME manufactures GFRP covers, walkways and structures for effluent plants: they retrofit over existing basins and do not ask for paint.
The composite does not corrode in the treatment medium and is light: it is assembled on finished work, without emptying the plant.
Where it is used
Custom covers over basins, for odour, splash and safety.
Walkways and handrails for operation over channels, settlers and digesters.
Gratings and covers in chambers, pump rooms and wet traffic areas.
Why GFRP in effluent plants
The medium is aggressive around the clock. GFRP does not rot or lose section to rust.
Light panels and spans: they go on the existing basin, as a retrofit.
CME surveys spans and anchors and manufactures the cover or walkway to each plant geometry.
Medium
Humidity, chemicals and gases. No wood that rots.
Cover
Odour, splash and a basin closure sized to the pit.
Retrofit
Assembled on existing work, without emptying the process.
