Other considerations

We consider it fundamental to evaluate not only by cost, but by utilitarian purpose (anti-corrosion and zero maintenance, dielectric, transparent to electromagnetic waves, low weight).

For example, in a sodium hypochlorite plant where the corrosive environment had completely deteriorated the installed structure after only 4 years, the change to composite material was made. It has now been installed for 17 years and is in perfect condition (so if the same material had been continued, it would have had to be replaced 4 times already). The same applies to cable trays in mining, among other cases.
