What is the service life?
In composite materials, the mechanical properties correspond to the fiberglass. The greater the amount, the greater the strength and modulus.
On the other hand, chemical or environmental resistance will depend exclusively on the polymer used. Therefore, if the structure is properly calculated for the loads it will be subjected to, and the polymers used are appropriate for the environment, we can expect a service life of at least 60 years, based on structures that already have that service life and are currently in operation.
